Kinkára is where this valley comes together — an earth-to-plate restaurant and community hub on a private corner of a 400-acre reserve at the base of Mt. Chirripó.
In the Boruka language, the native tribe of this land, Kinkàra means the beginning.
It is where mornings start with coffee from the farm, where families share long tables at dusk, and where, a few weeks each year, sixty guests arrive for a week they will talk about for the rest of it.
